Yesterday’s solution will not necessarily fit for tomorrow. We are not afraid to innovate and promote changes in the legal environment.
Over the course of more than three decades, we have grown from a team of several lawyers to a full-service law firm that helps to resolve disputes and provides strategic advice on various legal matters. Our goal is to build long-term partnerships. We work aiming for sustainable business solutions, not overnight results.
The firm grew, and the environment changed, but the fundamental principles remained the same – the interests of our clients and their trust are our most important priorities. Long-term experience allows us to skillfully identify risks and opportunities and see solutions where others see dead ends. Throughout the years, we have won many unprecedented cases in Lithuania and contributed to the formation of new court practices.
Our team also provided legal services to clients in implementing projects of strategic importance in energy, construction, real estate, trade, manufacturing, and other sectors.
We were legal consultants of Vilnius trade group company “NDX energija” in the process of privatization of Western distribution networks – the largest privatization project in the history of Lithuania.
Legal issues can be challenging, confusing, and time-consuming, so we work promptly, communicate clearly, and always aim for the kind of result we would like to reach if we were in our client’s shoes.
Yesterday’s solution will not necessarily fit for tomorrow. We are not afraid to innovate and promote changes in the legal environment.
Progress is essential and we create it ourselves. A fruitful strategy requires not only knowing what to do and how to do it but also having the courage to follow uncharted paths.
For us, each client’s situation is unique. We work in search of original and best-suited solutions for a specific case rather than applying template solutions.
In a constantly changing environment, we try to look at existing situations and circumstances in a new way – challenge them instead of accepting them as unchangeable.
