The Municipality of Druskininkai sought to create facilities that would be most suitable for the resort status of Druskininkai on the above-mentioned plot, proposing an innovative idea: to incorporate tennis courts into the complex of administrative and service buildings belonging to the aerodrome.\r\n\r\nAfter examining the case, the courts of the first and appellate instances not only found no violations of normative legal acts, but also noted that the municipality of Druskininkai did not violate the public interest with the legal acts and transactions disputed by the prosecutor, but rather implemented it.
